Madain Saleh

Madain Saleh ,(Arabic,مدائن صالح) also called Al-Hijr .an ancient Arabian City. Located In northern Hijaz (Modern day,Saudi Arabia ). around 22Km from Al'ula city (العلا). The city was Inhibited by Thamudis and Nabateans (ancient Arabian Tribes) .

Some of the inscriptions found in the area are dated back to the sixth century BC [1].However, all the remaining architectural elements are dated to the Nabatean Civilization, period between the Second Century BC and the Second Century AD. [2].
