Mad Dog Time (a.k.a. Trigger Happy) is a 1996 ensemble cast crime film directed by Larry Bishop, released through United Artists. The film is a cult classic[citation needed] with cameo appearances by many well-known personages, including the first movie appearance by Christopher Jones in over a quarter-century.
The film was not well-received by critics on release. Roger Ebert gave the film a rare zero star rating, noting: "Mad Dog Time is the first movie I have seen that does not improve on the sight of a blank screen viewed for the same length of time." [1]
[edit] Trivia
The character of Gabrielle is reportedly based upon the infamous Madame Emily Robin.[citation needed]
