Macquarie Park railway station is located in the suburb of Macquarie Park (See also: North Ryde), Sydney at the intersection of Waterloo Road and Lane Cove Road. The station is underground and is under construction. When the line is opened in 2008, the station will be served by 4 trains per hour for most of the day, with trains starting from Hornsby and joining a truncated Northern line at Epping.
Macquarie Park station has an island platform, but because the tunnels are spaced at the same distance apart as this island platform, there are no curves in the platforms.
