Macon County Airport (FAA LID: 1A5) is the municipal airport in Macon County, North Carolina. It is located in the Iotla Valley of the Great Smoky Mountains, 3 miles (5 km) northwest of the county seat of Franklin and just southeast of the Iotla community, all within Franklin township.
