Macomb, Missouri is an unincorporated community in Wright County. It is located on Missouri Supplemental Route K about two miles south of U.S. Highway 60. The post office and a couple of businesses are located at the interchange on the outer road and MoDOT has posted signs for the town at this location, although the real town is further to the south.
