MacKillop College is a day and boarding secondary school for girls located in Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia.

MacKillop College is currently (2007) celebrating their 40th Year Anniversary.

The College was established in 1967 by Bishop Thomas to meet the educational needs of girls in the Bathurst Diocese. It was staffed by the Sisters of Mercy and the Sisters of St Joseph under the patronage of Our Lady Help of Christians. In 1995, the name was changed from Diocesan Catholic Girls High School to MacKillop College in honour of Blessed Mary MacKillop.
