Maafe

Maafe is a stew made from lamb, beef or chicken with a peanut-based sauce[1] originating from Mali.

One recipe[1] shows the ingredients as peanut oil, onion, chicken, salt, fresh hot red chillies, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, peanut butter, okra, sweet potato, corn kernels, carrots, root vegetable of your choice, cinnamon and paprika. Maafe is traditionally served with white rice.
