M3 Communications Group, Inc is a Bulgarian Public Relations, Marketing and Web Services corporation, founded in 1994 by its CEO Maxim Behar. M3 Communications Group, Inc. is a private company specialized in public communication, advertising, design, printing, media planning and buying, and Internet services.
The company employs more than 50 employees, serving clients like Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Sony Ericsson, Lockheed Martin, Intracom and many others. It is the first and the only PR and marketing company in Bulgaria certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, assessed and approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
