M. S. Krishnan

M.S. Krishnan is the Michael R. and Mary Kay Hallman Fellow & Professor of Business Information Technology; Chair of Business Information Technology at Michigan's Ross School of Business. In January 2000, American Society for Quality (ASQ) selected him as one of the 21 voices of quality for the twenty first century. Optimize magazine[1] also named him recently as a top new thinker. He is currently working with Professor C.K. Prahalad on a book on global resource leverage. He serves as an advisor to NextServices [2] and Marketics[3].
