Müller [IPA: mʏlɛɐ] is a multinational dairy company, making a wide range of yoghurts and other chilled desserts. Müller was founded in 1896 in Bavaria, Germany by Ludwig Müller and is today owned by the founder's grandson, Theo Müller. Müller produces a substantial number of popular yoghurt brands, including Müllerlight, Müllerice, Yogz and Müller Corner. In 2005, Müller had a revenue of £625 million and employed 2,400 people (according to their official website [1]).

Müller came over to the United Kingdom in 1986, setting up the subsidiary Müller Dairy (UK) ltd.. Construction began on its factory at Market Drayton in Shropshire in 1991, and in 1992 the company became market leader. As well as being the most popular brand of yoghurt in the UK, Müller yoghurts are also the second most popular food in the UK, after Walkers crisps [2].

Müller recently launched a popular advertising campaign via television in the UK. Featuring 'Ain't Got No - I Got Life' by Nina Simone, it focuses on people dancing and smiling whilst eating Müller yoghurts. The advert can be downloaded from Müller's website.
