Should his name be spelled Micheál with no fada over the 'i'? I'm never sure of the correct spelling. On the cover of his book his name is spelled Micheál. Any ideas?. CorkMan 16:51, 14 June 2006 (UTC)

Hey Cork. Yep, there is always a fada over the 'i', like Mícheál Ó Cléirigh. Just think of how the first syllable of Mícheál is pronounced: mee. If there were no fada over the i it would be something like Mykale. El Gringo 21:41, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
