Mårten Gustaf Mickos (born November 6, 1962 in Espoo, Finland) is chief executive officer of MySQL AB. He has served as chief executive officer since January 2001. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Mickos was CEO at MatchON Sports.

Mickos has a Master's degree in Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology in Finland.
