Måge is a farm in Hardanger, Norway. It is also the surname of the family who owns the farm.
Correct prononciation of the Norwegian "å" can be difficult for English speakers. Norwegians who moved to America often reverted to the older spelling "aa" for lack of the letter å in the English alphabet.
