Mänti (language)

Mänti (likely pronounced "mahn-tee") is a language created by autistic savant Daniel Tammet. The word 'Mänti' comes from the Finnish word for 'pine tree' (mänty). Mänti uses vocabulary and grammar from the languages of Scandinavia.
Examples of Mänti words include:
- buss: bus
- kellokült: lateness or tardiness (literally 'clock debt' or 'clock guilt').
- kõet saapat: footwear (literally: 'shoes boots').
- kuppi: cup
- nööt: night
