[edit] Clean-up needed

The powers section needs a heavy rewrite, as it currently juxtaposes the Cartoon, Cartoon's comic, and DCU comic versions into one mangled section. The cartoon and cartoon's comic continuities haven't addressed the speed force, while the DCU has. Tis should all be sorted within the article to reflecthte different versions.
