Lynsay King played Sarah-Louise Platt in Coronation Street from 1987 to 1999 – from the time of her birth until she left the series at the age of 12.

Lynsay first started playing Sarah when she was a baby. She shared the role with her twin sister Leah, who died in May 1987 of cot death. When Lynsay was thirteen, Tina O'Brien took over the role of Sarah.

Lynsay is currently working in a local bakery shop. She expresses a wish to return to acting.
