Lynn Toler (born in Columbus, Ohio) is the judge of the television series Divorce Court, replacing Mablean Ephriam on September 11, 2006. She previously hosted the court show Power of Attorney. Toler served as administrative judge in Cleveland Heights Municipal Court for eight years after working as an attorney specializing in civil matters.

It was announced in November 2006, that Lynn Toler would return for the show's 9th season, 2007-2008, after she successfully managed to keep old viewers and attract new ones to keep the show's ratings on par with season's past.
