Luton South is a county constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

The constituency and its predecessors the Luton East and Luton constituencies have been called a Bellwether constituency; they have elected an MP from the winning party in each election since the 1950 general election.

Following their review into parliamentary representation in Bedfordshire and Luton, the Boundary Commission for England made only minor changes to the existing constituencies.
