Talk:Lupertazzi Crime Family

[edit] Other NY Families

In season two, when Junior Soprano is arrested, the FBI Interrogator says that they 'want' Johhny 'Sack' Sacrimoni, but even more want 'Mangano and Teresi'. They do not mention Carmine Lupertazzi here. Is it possible Lupertazzi became Boss between Seasons 2 and 5?

They could have been talking about two bosses of the other Crime Families. Chalk it up to inconsistant storytelling.

[edit] Billy Leotardo

I'm not certain, but I don't believe that Billy Leotardo was a made man, so he should be listed as an associate, not a soldier. When Tony Visits Junior, junior indicates that Billy had not been made.

Junior had no idea what he was talking about...he even called Billy Phil's son.

[edit] Butch's rank

Butch DeConcini--what is there to indicate that he's Underboss rather than another Capo or even one of Gerry's Soldiers?

Anyone?
Not a lot. He seems full of himself and gets to attend a high level sit down. He doesn't defer to Gerry at all. Please sign your messages by typing 4 tildes --Opark 77 13:07, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
So he's probably not a Soldier then, but I could definitely see him as another Capo in the NY family...I don't think Phil's been Acting Boss nearly long enough to acquire an Underboss. It took Tony what, five years to put Paulie in that position? --Ant1238
I agree that he's higher than soldier. I'm not sure about capo or underboss. I think capo is a more fair assumption as we tend to assume lower rank until proven otherwise on most The Sopranos pages for minor characters. I think it is Ok to change it if you like - no one else has posted any evidence or opinions for it staying that way here. --Opark 77 09:32, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
