Lumarzo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 15 km east of Genoa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,525 and an area of 25.5 km2.[1]

The municipality of Lumarzo contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Campi, Ferriere, Cerese, Tolara, Scagnelli, Tasso, Tassorello, Craviasco, Forca, Boasi, Rossi, Vallebuona, Lagomarsino, Piane, Pannesi, and Nostra Signora del Bosco.

Lumarzo borders the following municipalities: Bargagli, Davagna, Neirone, Sori, Torriglia, Uscio.
