Luke Myring (born 20 December 1983 in Leicester) is a rugby union player. He started his rugby career at Northampton Saints as Carlos Spencer's understudy; in the 2005-2006 season he played three games whilst Spencer was out with a broken finger. Myring then himself suffered a shoulder injury which required an operation. In the 2006-2007 season he played only when the influential Spencer was injured and played at centre when others were injured.
