Luke Musgrove was a fictional character in the defunct Channel 4 soap opera Brookside. He was portrayed by Jason Kavanagh from 1998 until 2000.

His most notable storyline was the allegation of rape made by Nikki Shadwick against him which he was acquitted of in court. However, after a rooftop confrontation on New Years' Eve 1999, Luke confessed to the rape and he and his family left the close about a week later.
