This article is connected to category 'Chinese filipinos', yet there is no indication of Chinese descent in the article. Can someone find the facts and correct the article textgor delete the category, based on the facts. Thanks Hmains 03:12, 19 August 2006 (UTC)

I'm distantly related to Chavit (about seven to eight times) removed, and he definitely is a Chinese-Filipino, it even says so in his "biographical" puff film about his life.--Folksong 19:03, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
