Luis Enrique "Neco" Martínez Rodriguez, (born 11 July 1982 in Necoclí) is a Colombian football (soccer) goalkeeper. He plays for Sakaryaspor in Turkey.

Martínez weighs 90 kg and is 191 cm tall.

He is nicknamed "Neco" for the town of his birth. He has won several caps for the Colombia national football team. He scored in a friendly match against Poland from a long punt on 30 May 2006.

He signed by newly promoted Turkish team Sakaryaspor in summer 2006. He signed a three year contract.
