Luis Conrado Batlle (y Berres) (1897 - 1964) was a Uruguayan army officer & political figure. He was President of Uruguay from 1947 to 1951 and again from 1955 to 1956.

He was a member of the Colorado party.

His son Jorge Batlle was President of Uruguay from 2000 to 2005.
