Luis Amaranto Perea (born 30 January 1979 in Turbo, Colombia) is a Colombian football defender, an important player for the Colombian national team. His career began in Independiente Medellín. He later played in Argentina with Boca Juniors, with whom he won the Intercontinental Cup in 2003. In 2004 he moved to play for Atlético Madrid. ola
