Returning Conrad's car in exchange for her own, Nancy accidentally drops something on it. Conrad freaks out, but she promises to pay.

Whilst at Heylia's, someone shoots at the house. Nancy, afterward, is in shock.

Shane gets in trouble at school after he writes a rap about killing the bullies. He wants to be homeschooled, but Nancy doesn't let him.

The PTA attempt to help Celia with her cancer by sending over a faith healer. The cancer, combined with the falling soda on the house, have given Celia a new outlook on life and her first act is to give away all of her clothes to her maid, Blanca. Nancy takes some baby clothes to give to Vaneeta.

While everyone is out, Andy is getting stoned and watching porn. Doug comes by, to get pot, and the two of them get stoned together.

Silas' friend Brian wants him to stop dating Megan. He tells Silas that Chelsea, one of the hottest girls in school, was looking for him at a party the other night. Silas breaks up with Megan and hits on Chelsea, who turns him down. She was just looking for him since she heard he was getting more alcohol. Silas returns to Megan, but she refuses to accept his apology.

Still in shock, Nancy ignores Andy when he comes to her with papers for the fake bakery. He wants to be involved with her but she doesn't want him involved. Andy goes to Heylia himself to get pot, but is busted. Luckily, having less than an ounce is not considered drug possession, but merely a misdemeanor. The attorney, Ms. Greenstein, tells Andy that he will have to attend an anti-drug class. Nancy gets the attorney's number, since she is clearly aware of the intricacies of the drug world.

Celia stops caring what the PTA mothers think, and begins dressing as she pleases, and not cooking for the bake sale that the PTA is holding. Arriving at the Botwins' house, she commiserates with Shane over the fact that both are now thought of as freaks by their peers.

Celia has drinks with Nancy, to bid farewell to her breasts before surgery. She wants to have reconstructive surgery and get massive breasts. She asks Nancy a serious question: does Nancy like her? Nancy's response is "Mostly".

Silas walks into the bathroom where Celia is, so she shows him her breasts. Nancy hurries Silas out of the room. Celia says she just wanted to show someone who would appreciate them before they're gone, also admitting that she has taken a quaalude.
