[edit] Duplication/initials

User:Leonard-nelson - as you can see for yourself, biographical articles on Wikipedia have not got initialed titles. Hence it is Adolf Hitler and not A. Hitler. Please remember thid. L. Floridi is now a redirect but should be removed - article duplication is frowned upon IDX 12:36, 10 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Ego Floridis

There doesn't seem to be any independent corroboration of the very high notability and importance attributed to Dr Floridi in this article and in the articles on Information ethics and the Philosophy of information. According to the current edit of this article "Floridi ... is best known ... for being the founder of the philosophy of information and of information ethics, two fields that he has largely contributed to establish as indepent areas of inqury." This claim, besides being sourced exclusively from Floridi's own writings, isn't even good English. --RichardVeryard 16:22, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
