Lucy Punch

Lucy Punch (born 30 December 1977) is an English actress best known in her native country for her role in the television show Doc Martin on ITV and in the United States for her starring role in The Class on CBS.

Punch performed with the National Youth Theatre from 1993 to 1997, and began a course at University College London before dropping out to become an actress.

She played Sally Peep in 10th Kingdom and one of the mean sisters in Ella Enchanted, had a supporting role in Istvan Szabo's Being Julia, and appears in the upcoming film Hot Fuzz (2007). Punch also played the naive daughter of Alison Steadman's character in the short lived French and Saunders series, Let Them Eat Cake.

She left The Class after appearing in all but one of the first twelve episodes.[1]

She currently lives in Los Angeles.
