Lucius Afranius was a name shared by two prominent ancient Romans:
- Lucius Afranius, legatus of Pompey and republican consul, and
- Lucius Afranius, a comic poet of the early 1st century BC.
Sextus Afranius Burrus was another Roman to have "Afranius" in his name.
