Lucid living

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lucid living is a way of life called by analogy with its dreamtime counterpart lucid dreaming. Practitioners of lucid living consider normal waking time experience to be an unreal dream, something like false awakening in a lucid dream.

The lucid living mindset seems very similar to one recommended in Dzogchen teachings (see section 'Reality and dreams in Dzogchen' in Reality in Buddhism).
