Luca Zaia

Luca Zaia (Conegliano, 1968), young president of the Province of Treviso from 1997 to 2005 (elected two times with the only support of the Lega Nord in 1997 and 2002), is definitely the rising-star of Umberto Bossi's Lega Nord in Veneto and though the very leader of the Liga Veneta.

In 2005, after the regional elections, he was nominated vice-president of the Veneto Region and regional minister of agrigulture in Giancarlo Galan's third government.
