The image Lubanga.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (TreveX^talk 13:33, 19 March 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. As a head-shot photograph of the person discussed, the image is important to the article.
2. There are no known free-licensed pictures of Thomas Lubanga and so this image cannot be reproduced by any other means.
3. This image is low-resolution and therefore unlikely to affect the value of the original work in any significant way.
4. This image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the original image in any way.
5. On English Wikipedia, the photo is used for non-profit and informational purposes only.
6. The image is freely available for anyone to download on the BBC website.
