The Luarca Declaration on the Human Right to Peace

is a new declaration

officially presented to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva on 15 March 2007

it is a significant project of numerous Spanish universities and endorsed by important representatives of civil society in Spain, France, Switzerland, Africa and Latin America.

It deserves an entry.
