[edit] Pee-wee Says

Pee-wee appears in front of the camera and tells the viewers to come closer... closer... closer still until the camera almost hits him in the face. "I'm in your living room!" he says. He then decides to do a variation on "Simon Says" called "Pee-wee says". He plays the game as follows:

"Pee-wee says... STAND UP!" He throws up his arms.
"Pee-wee says... SIT BACK DOWN!" He throws his arms down.
"Pee-wee says... THROW BOTH YOUR ARMS UP IN THE AIR!" He again tosses them back up.
"Pee-wee says... TAKE 'EM DOWN!" He throws them back down.
"Pee-wee says... GO LIKE THIS!" He pushes the tip of his nose and goes, "La-la-la, la-lalala, la-la-la, la-lalala!"
"Pee-wee says STOP!" He stops.
"Now shake your arms around! Ha-ha-ha, I didn't say, 'Pee-wee says!'" He then points to various "people" in the audience and says, "You're out, you're out, you're out and you're out!"

Magic Screen then says, "Magic Screen says... it's time to play connect-the-dots." The connect-the-dots screen appears on Magic Screen and Pee-wee cheers. "Magic Screen says... Pee-wee, jump in!" Magic Screen adds. Pee-wee jumps into the screen. "Now, Pee-wee, jump up and down," Magic Screen says. Pee-wee leaps around, then Magic Screen says, "I didn't say 'Magic Screen says'! Now Magic Screen says... Pee-wee, throw out your dots!" Pee-wee digs into his pockets and throws out his connecting dots. They form a box around Pee-wee with a crank on the side. Someone comes by and turns the crank on the box. It plays music and Pee-wee pops out of the box with a springy boing. "I'm a jack-in-the-box!" he says. He then jumps out of the screen and lands on Chairry.

[edit] The Playhouse Gang

Then Mr. Window lets Pee-wee know that the Playhouse Gang has shown up. Cher, Elvis and Opal enter the playhouse. They ask him what the secret word is today. Pee-wee says he doesn't know yet; he decides to ask Conky. He unplugs Conky from the wall and flips the switch on him, bringing him to life. "Ready to assist you, Pee-wee," the robot says. Pee-wee asks what the secret word is. A strip of paper pops out of Conky's midsection and Pee-wee rips it off and reads the secret word on it: FUN. He asks the audience what to do whenever anyone says the secret word for the rest of the day. Everyone says, "Scream!" Pee-wee that that's right and that whenever anyone says the secret word for the rest of the day, they should scream real loud. He then tries it out on the Playhouse Gang. He asks them if they would like to play with Pterri. "That sounds like fun!" Cher says. Everyone screams. "Pee-wee, can we really play with Pterri?" Opal asks. "Sure!" Pterri says. "That sounds like fun!" Everyone screams. "Out the window, whoo!" Pterri says, flying out Mr. Window. The Playhouse Gang goes after him, out the playhouse door.

[edit] Game Show

Pee-wee then hears the picturephone ring. He hurries over to answer it. He pulls the curtain down (depicting a dairy farm) and puts the can phone to his ear. It's an over-the-phone game show called "The Big Question Show." The host of the show tells Pee-wee that if he answers the day's question correctly, he will win a big prize. He then asks Pee-wee the question: "Why do cows have bells?" Pee-wee doesn't know the answer to that question, so he leaves the phone booth for a minute to ask the Cowntess (who just conveniently happens to be right there) and she answers him.

Smiling, Pee-wee then hurries back to the phone booth with the answer: "Because their horns don't work!" A ringing tone is heard while the host says, "That's right!" "I won! I won!" Pee-wee shouts excitedly. "What'd I win?" The host tells him it's a dinner for two at a Hawaiian restaurant. He thanks him for playing and says he hopes he had fun. Pee-wee screams. The host immediately recognizes that he said the secret word.
