Luancheng is a county (Chinese 栾城) in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, PR China.

Luancheng is mostly a rural county, it neighbours the metropolitan Shijiazhuang city.

In 2004, some parts of Luancheng County was moved to the administration of Shijiazhuang, because Shijiazhuang is undergoing rapid development and its current geographical size doesn't meet the demands.
