LTU Technologies provides image search and image filter software, and is the standard platform for digital forensic analysis in law enforcement, security and intelligence. LTU's image mining technology applications include image-based investigations (child exploitation, stolen art), defense-oriented intelligence, counterfeiting (ID's, currencies, passports and credit cards) and tracking of illegal/confidential materials on the internet. Other applications include intellectual property and brand protection, parental control software, MMS filtering, media monitoring, antipiracy applications.

LTU's technology originated in academic research at MIT, Oxford and INRIA and is patented worldwide. Among LTU clients: the French Patent Office, Cyveillance, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
