[edit] Andrew Bolt
I see your point about the material relating to the ambulance controversy being too long and having too much extraneous stuff about Rudd and Downer, but I advocate cutting out the irrelevant stuff instead of deleting the whole topic. (At this point, I'd better confess that I wrote most of the irrelevant stuff. I was hoping someone else would trim my work ... no such luck.) The reason I think that the ambulance stuff is interesting is that it shows Bolt's transition to an Internet-era columnist/blogger, ahead of anyone else I am aware of in Australia. Anyhow, I'm sure we'll be discussing this at Talk:Andrew Bolt. (One of the painful suprises for new Wikipedia editors is that every change to a controversial article tends to involve lots of discussion on talk pages, and Andrew Bolt is surely controversial.) Cheers, CWC(talk) 16:46, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
- Followup: I just did a somewhat hasty edit to remove the irrelevant stuff. Please check my work. I've started a discussion at Talk:Andrew Bolt#Ambulance controversy pruning. Regards, CWC(talk) 17:09, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
