LRG Capital Group is a global merchant bank that specializes in investments, hedge funds, venture capital, and providing financial advising services to publicly traded and private companies. LRG Capital Group is the investment manager for BayStar Capital [1]. They currently have $1.5 billion invested in approximately 240 companies [2]. LRG Capital Group provides financial services, including public offerings, private placements, private investment in public equity, debt placements, and mergers and acquisitions. LRG Capital was founded by Lawrence (Larry) R. Goldfarb, the current CEO; partners of the firm include Evan A. Kraus, Paul D. Enderle, and Eric J. Bentley [3]. LRG Capital currently maintains offices in San Francisco, New York City, and Miami.

LRG Capital Group invests in and owns various entertainment interests and U.S. and non-U.S. real estate assets, including derivative interests in real estate securities and real estate development projects and properties.
