Please provide proper licensing information for this image.

When I get time to check the procedures, I will properly tag it as an image without a licence, which will mean you only have 7 days in which to provide valid information.

Also, it would be a good idea to move it to a name that describes what it is, rather than one that reflects the file name from the camera.

Hi thanks again for your vigilance. If you could please tell me how to change the licensing I am not sure how. I also uploaded this photo twice on accident. is the a way to fix that? there is no license to this image. I took it with my personal camera. people are free to use it if they like. I am not sure how to change the licensing if it needs to be changed and I am not sure what a personal photo should be classified as. Also do I move it the same way I move an artical? For some reason, I thought that you had put a licence on it, otherwise I would have started deletion processing. I originally put the message on your user page by error, which is why you may not hvae immediately seen it.
If there is no licence on the image, it has to be removed, as you are the only person who can copy it. A licence is a statement of permissions. "people are free to use it as they like" is a licence, but you ought to use one of the standard forms. You get to choose one when you first upload, but, although you are asked the question on subsequent times, the information isn't used, at least not fully.
Whllst some choices don't apply (e.g. you are not the US federal government, and you haven't been dead for 70 years}, there are about half a dozen standard sets of terms that are acceptable for use by the copyright owner when submitting to Wikipedia. You need to read the terms of those licences and choose one that is acceptable to you. If you really can't do that, you should either employ a lawyer, or accept that you may regret the decision in the future. Note that some options are country dependent. People in the UK cannot put something into the public domain and cannot give away the right to be recognized as the creator. See IANAL for more information on why I'm not prepared to say more.
Once you have chosen a licence, and assuming there is an acceptable one, you edit the image page, typically adding a section called licensing, and add the appropriate template, from the list of image copyright tags, to the image description page..
Also, you should reply on the other person's talk page, as, whilst your page is still on my watchist, it might not have been and I might not have realised you wer replying to me.
