LPI Media (Liberation Publications) is a media company whose target market is the gay and lesbian community and publishes such media as, magazines, books, web sites. A sampling of publishing operations, include the The Advocate, Out, Out Traveler, HIV Plus, and LGBT penned titles through Alyson Books.

They are also parent owners of Specialty Publications, which produces adult publications MEN, formerly Advocate Men, FreshMen, Unzipped, and [2]. Specialty Publications is one of the largest gay adult erotica web and video production companies.
