[edit] Plot
At a bar, Karen, Jack, Grace and Will help a young woman deal with her boy trouble by telling her the story of their Thanksgivings in 1985. During the flashbacks, we learn that Grace and Will were a couple at Columbia University along with Rob and Ellen. However, while visiting her family, Will - aided by Jack, whom he had recently met - was forced to come out. Elsewhere that same year, Karen brushed off relationships with the Sultan of Brunei and Martina Navratilova in favor of Stanley Walker, only to learn he was married and broke her heart; but at the same time met and hired Rosario.
