Lowry Hotel

The Lowry Hotel is in the City of Salford, although it's being promoted as "Manchester's" first five star hotel. When the hotel first opened Marco Pierre White was the overseeing chef and nearly four years later The River Room Restaurant continues to attract a vibrant and celebrity clientele with its beautiful views overlooking the contemporary piazza and tranquil River Irwell.
The Lowry Hotel also has an abundance of corporate facilities as well as a Spa & Fitness centre.
The hotel is owned by Rocco Forte Hotels, the company of Rocco Forte, son of the late hotel magnate Charles Forte, Baron Forte.
