Lowell Lyttleton Lewis (born August 18, 1952) is the current Chief Minister of Montserrat. He took office on 2 June 2006 and heads a coalition government consisting of the Montserrat Democratic Party (MDP), which he leads, the former ruling New People's Liberation Movement (NPLM), and an independent candidate.

His full title is The Honourable Chief Minister of Montserrat Dr. Lowell Lyttleton Lewis (though Lyttleton is rarely used).
