Low Fell is a fell in the English Lake District. It overlooks Loweswater to the south and to the north is bordered by its neighbour Fellbarrow. It is usually climbed from Loweswater or Thackthwaite. It is one of the few fells with fences even near the summit, most fells have no fences or walls above a certain level. The fell is largely grassy although there are some rocky outcrops on top. There are fairly steep slopes to the south and east. To the east of the fell is the Vale of Lorton.
The fell is linked to the west to Darling Fell, which is slightly lower and is not classed as a Wainwright. To the north the fell is linked to Fellbarrow, and it is easy to walk between the two.
There are two summits, one overlooking Loweswater, and one slightly to the north. The more northerly summit is the higher. From either summit there are views to Grasmoor, across the Lorton Vale, and down the Buttermere valley.
