Lovehammers are a Chicago-based, post-grunge rock band. Their lead singer is Marty Casey, who was runner-up on the television show Rock Star: INXS. Although Casey finished as the runner-up, he and his band, Lovehammers, were invited by Tim Farriss to be the opening act for INXS's 2006 World Tour.

Lovehammers were formed when Casey was 14, with friends Billy Sawilchik (guitarist), and brothers Bobby Kourelis (drummer) and Dino Kourelis (bassist). The band was originally called "Swinging Lovehammers" before changing their name simply to "Lovehammers" in 2000. For their self-titled major label debut (released January 24, 2006) they are known as Marty Casey & Lovehammers.

After opening for INXS on the first leg of their 2006 world tour, they are continuing to tour, now as headliners. They are writing new material for their next album. They also have appeared live on VH1 playing acoustic versions of Trees, The Tunnel, and The Riddle.
