The Lovebugs are a Swiss britpop band from Basel. Established in 1992 by Adrian Sieber and Sebastian "Baschi" Hausmann and a singer called Julie, the band has become one of Switzerlands most successfull bands. Chart hits include: "Angel Heart", , "Music Makes My World Go Round", "Flavour of the Day" "Everybody Knows I Love You" and "Avalon". The song has been said to be about the differences between men and women, an example of this might be in the chorus: "I want you to be my Avalon, the sweet unknown".
