"Love Is a Crime" is a song recorded by pop singer Anastacia for the soundtrack of the 2002 film Chicago. A music video was released for the song but it was never officially released on CD for a worldwide market as promoting it would have been impossible due to the singer's battle with cancer at that time. Though never officially released, it managed to chart a peak at number one in Taiwan, on the World Dance / Trance Top 30 Singles and on the U.S. Dance Music/Club Play.

The music video for "Love Is a Crime" was directed by Matthew Rolston and shot on January 17th 2003 in New York, USA. In the beginning you can see Anastacia in a prison where she is singing and dancing. Then she plays a police officer with a gun and is dancing with some other officers.
Due the fact it is the soundtrack for the film Chicago, scenes of the movie are also shown in the music video. Also noticeable is that Anastacia had 40 degrees fever when shooting the video most definitely because of her cancer.
