"Love Hurts" is to be the third US single from Incubus' sixth album, Light Grenades.
The song has also received significant airplay in Europe of late. It has been announced on an Incubus fan site that Love Hurts is the second single in Portugal and it has already aired on the radio.[1] There is an acoustic version of "Love Hurts" available for those who buy the Anna-Molly single, or those who bought the Best Buy Light Grenades 3 track promo, or it can be heard here:[2]. A release date has been set for the Love Hurts single, it will be released on March 30, 2007. [3] As of March 23 an unofficial video has been released for the song, it is available for viewing here [4][5].

Brandon Boyd's thoughts about "Love Hurts":
"It's almost a little bit of a cliché. It is talking about the idea of love and find love and having it be purity and having it not be tainted by your misperceptions, misconceptions, expectations and transcending the sort of more worldly aspects of the love experience."
