[edit] Plot
A group of savvy matchmakers at a full-service dating consulting firm help single men and women present the best image possible to just the right prospects, while they all continue to grapple with their own romantic struggles and entanglements.
The staff of Love, Inc. takes pride in their success as full-service dating consultants. Leading the team is owner and founder of Love, Inc., Clea (Holly Robinson Peete). After her marriage of nine years falls apart, she now finds herself thrust into the dating world once again. Denise Johnson (Busy Philipps), an energetic, pragmatic, young woman who helps Clea make the company a success, is skilled at helping her clients find their seemingly unattainable soulmates, yet struggles with her inability to find true love. Making the hip busy offices run smoothly is Francine (Reagan Gomez-Preston), who in addition to being an excellent wingwoman, has a great sense of fashion style and encourages her clients to trust it. Rounding out the staff is Viviana (Ion Overman), a quick-witted and sharp tongued receptionist, and Barry (Vince Vieluf), a wingman whose quirky ways and comments always stun everyone.
These modern day wingwomen and wingmen work day and night to bring desperately seeking singles together to make beautiful relationships. Privately, they continue to find their own love; by simple compatibility or chance.
